DSical Travel + Events Capability Statement

OPERATIONS

DSical Travel  and Events will develop each event from the moment when the request is received.  Our offices will research the destination requested, contact local providers, compare options, provide proposals to clients and contract services once the proposal is accepted by client. 

DSical Travel  + Events will assign a Travel Coordinator to each group, who will be in charge of  ensuring the services are provided with the highest quality.

AVERAGE EVENT SIZE

Though  DSical Travel  and Events can serve groups of any size, the minimum number to count with a DTE Travel Coordinator on-site is 6 passengers. 

Our multi-lingual coordinators have served groups from 12 to over 1,500 participants.

EVENT PLANNING
Our professional staff is able to provide all necessary research and site-development to insure that your meetings are successful and productive. 

This may include the arrangement of:
Transportation | Meeting Sites | Meals/Awards Banquets
Audio/Visual Equipment- rental and setup | Check-In and Registration Assistance
Courtesy-desk Staffing | Design / Production of any required promotional or information materials.
