Kelly brings to DTE over three decades of experience and expertise in the travel industry.
Her extensive resume include multinational companies such as Hertz Global and Sheraton Hotels. Along with her experience in several travel agencies, Kelly spent 20 years at Tokyu Travel America, Inc. and having ascended from travel consultant to Manager of Ticketing, Human Resources and Sales, she then brought her expertise to DSical Travel & Events.

Julio 'JC' Sical
Julio "JC" is the leader of our business strategies who, by modifying our organization, making a change with respect to our corporate work, establishes new boundaries, creates new methods and tactics in everyday operations.
With over 16 years experience as Service Manager and Tour Guide in his native Guatemala, JC is the support and balance that provides the flexibility for DTE to work with our employees and our clients. |

Regina Vega
Regina started her career in travel in 1981 as Corporate Ticketing Agent at Clark Tours- the largest and most respected travel corporation in Central America.
She relocated to United States in the '92 and remained in travel industry. As office manager of SafariCentre in Manhattan Beach, CA, she gained experience in the adventure travel field, which allowed her to increase her ability in preparing complex itineraries and to widen her already extensive travel experience.
In 2000 she joined Kelly in working group travel at Tokyu Travel, Inc. specializing in Latin American clientele reaching global destinations.
Regina- having started with handwritten air tickets, has lived through the technology revolution- from telex and typewriters to iPhones and Twitter. She’s always on the cusp of what comes next in regards of technology that will improve life and group operations. You can see her texting away and posting on the DTE blog. |

Julio Sical
Technology and Design. Just some the passions that drive Julio.
A graduate of University of Colorado’s School of Architecture and Environmental Design, Julio has turned his expertise in graphic design and aesthetics into an invaluable part of the DTE team.
Julio heads the Creative and Technology Department where from his control center he develops short films, web pages and interactive experiences for our clientele.
You can also see Julio out in the field as as a coordinator as he is fluent in French, and able to communicate in Italian and Portuguese. That is when he is not busy surfing or competing in Triathlons!
